Hi all.
After our tribute to Mr Leonard Nimoy last week Aaron, the owner of The Geek Easy, asked if we would draw a chalk version of the new Geek Easy logo . The logo has not been posted anywhere yet so this is the first time many people got to see it. We were thrilled to say yes and got to work on prepping for the pic. The picture has a geometric shape and lots of lines so I watched videos on how to make hexagons and packed a ruler and tape measure. The picture we made probably took us the longest of any of our drawings so far but it also one of the pics that we are happiest with. Thanks to Adam and Aaron for letting us do this pic - it was a true group project and we had a blast doing it. So without further or do here is the new logo...
The microphone represents Nerdy Karaoke, a book for Geek Trivia and a video game controller for video game nights.

Last but not least we finally won the best team name!! Our team name was "Look what happens when Chewwie's not the copilot". It took us 7 months and countless team names but we finally won (not the quiz just the team name).
Thank you to all the people who come and visit this blog. It's been exciting for us to see how many people have been coming to see our drawings and thank you to the people who have shared their pictures with us. We have future pictures that we are excited about doing and we look forward to sharing them with you in the upcoming weeks.
